What is collected
Only what you type into the form on this site: your name, your work email address and your company. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third parties.
Why
To reply to your request and, if you ask for it, to arrange a call. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and Pineworth's legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
Where it goes
Form submissions are processed by Netlify, which hosts this site, and delivered to Pineworth's email, which runs on Google Workspace. Both act as processors for Pineworth. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, it does so under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Your details are not sold or shared with anyone else.
How long
Up to twelve months after the last contact, unless you become a client, in which case the client agreement applies.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its use, by writing to jokubas@pineworth.co. You can also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
